Is An Online Fax Service The Solution To Your Small Business Demands?™ Most new entrepreneurs and business owners are extremely comfortable with using new technologies like email, text messaging, smart phones, and other Internet solutions to communicate with their business partners and customers. However, they sometimes run into problems when they want to do business with an older, more established company. Perhaps it is a major corporation that has been around for a century and has a large bureaucracy that is slow to make changes, or maybe it is a small business that is run by an older gentleman who began his business in the 70s or 80s. These older companies may still want to do a large portion of their business with fax machines. They still use fax machines for invoices and other basic fax via internet communication. The new entrepreneur can't understand why he can't simply scan his document and send it via email. Instead, he finds that he has to purchase a fax machine, purchase printer ink, purchase special fax paper, subscribe to a dedicated fax line, and even waste valuable office space with an ugly fax machine. However, all of this isn't absolutely necessary. It is possible for younger businessman to do business with more established companies by using Internet fax. Using Internet fax can bridge the technology gap in an efficient manner. Let's take a closer look at the benefits of Internet fax and why it may be the perfect solution for your business needs. The first reason that using an online fax service is can be beneficial to your business is that it can cost significantly less than using traditional fax. Think about all the costs that go into setting up and maintaining a fax system in your office. You will probably need to purchase a fax machine, since all-in-one devices that are sold today rarely include a fax feature. You will then need to purchase a special kind of fax paper, since you can't use regular printer paper. You will also have ongoing costs in the form of ink replacements and a dedicated telephone line for your fax machine. The phone line itself will represent an ongoing monthly charge that will eat into your business's profits. Finally, you will have to pay for repairs and replacements when the fax machine inevitably stops working or gets a paper jam. Internet fax, on the other hand, can be done completely digitally with all the equipment that you already have. Increased Efficiency
Another reason that an online fax service will be superior for your business compared with traditional fax service is that it is much more efficient. You will receive your faxes in a digital format that is similar to your email inbox. Just as your do not need to print out every single email that you get, you probably also do not need to print out every single fax. However, when you do need a physical copy, you can print one out just as you would print out any document on your computer. You will also be able to store all your faxes digitally for easy retrieval. You won't have to worry about losing an important document, which is common with traditional fax. More Office Space
Finally, using Internet fax will increase the amount of office space that you have at your disposal because you'll be able to eliminate an extra piece of office equipment. If you have a computer, the Internet, a printer, and a scanner or digital camera; then you already have everything that you need to begin sending and receiving faxes using the Internet rather than using technology that is more than three decades old.

Tips On Choosing And Using Paint Sprayers™ Paint sprayers can be the perfect tool to use in many situations.Painting is one of those DIY projects that have crossed everyone’s path. It’s a challenging job to achieve the best results whether you are applying that first coat or refreshing an old coat. The decision to use a sprayer is really not that hard to make. It comes down to what, where and how much paint you need to apply. You need to assess the trade-offs with the use of a sprayer, roller or brush to help you get the job done. Each of these painting tools has advantages and disadvantages. On the downside, sprayers can be messy to use and require more time to prepare the area and to clean up. The spray nozzle can become clogged and spit paint. Airborne paint can drift onto unintended surfaces. The unit has to be totally disassembled to be cleaned and dried. Sprayers are sensitive to the viscosity of the paint, so thinners need to be added to keep the flow of the paint through the nozzle smooth and consistent. While sprayers aren’t difficult to operate, they do take some time to learn how to apply the paint without sags or thin coverage. Finally, if not properly protected, sprayers can be hazardous to respiratory systems, eyes and skin. Despite their disadvantages, sprayers are the absolute best painting tool when you have a large area to be coated in one color. Good examples include painting a long wooden fence, a deck or the exterior of a house. Using a sprayer for these types of jobs is much faster and more cost effective than using brushes or rollers. If your job is smaller, requires precise application and involves color changes, you would lean toward using a brush or roller. Sprayers can be used on interior walls and ceilings of a home, but you should carefully consider the tradeoffs. There are other applications that favor using a sprayer over a brush or roller. A well tuned sprayer in the hands of an experienced painter can turn furniture, cabinets, picture frames, antiques and other collectibles into masterpieces. A sprayer provides the best finished product when applying latex or oil paint, stains, lacquers and polyurethane. When applied properly, the sprayed surface is smooth and consistent.Paint sprayers are usually purchased when that first big job comes up where a brush or roller won’t cut it. At this point, a decision needs to be made on what type of sprayer is best suited for the project. Sprayers come in two basic types, conventional and airless.Conventional sprayers are mainly used by commercial painters these days. They use Mixing equipment for food processing compressed air to create the spray through a special gun. These units are built for every day use on large jobs. They are high volume units, designed to paint the exteriors of buildings. Their costs can run into the thousands of dollars.Airless sprayers are the most widely used technology by homeowners today. An electric or gas powered motor runs a diaphragm or piston pump that atomizes the paint into tiny droplets. The droplets are forced through the nozzle and can create a fan width from 2″ to 24.” Airless sprayers run from small cup guns to commercial sized units. Their costs range from about $100 to $250. Gas Leaks - Local Law 152 - Controlled Combustion™ Gas leaks are one of the most hazardous abnormal operating conditions, and they present an immediate danger when they occur. Many different reasons can bring about a gas leak. Improper installations, atmospheric corrosion, inadequately supported piping, and failure to protect the pipes from physical impacts are some of the abnormal operating conditions that can eventually lead to a gas leak. The most common occurrence of a gas leak is on threaded pipes at joints, valves, and fittings. Therefore, it is essential to maintain regularly, repair, and grease plug valves even before any signs of abnormal operating conditions are observed. Older gas pipes deteriorate as they age and may not have been installed using the proper technique and approved materials as outlined in the current standards, codes, and specifications in New York City. Non-compliant gas line installations will trigger a greater exposure to atmospheric corrosion, which check here generates a more significant potential for gas leaks to transpire as the pipes’ walls become weakened. Bare or uncoated pipes and fittings also leave the pipes more vulnerable to caustic environments, such as moisture and abnormal temperatures, which will cause aging pipes to bend and crack. The gas running through the pipes is typically odorless, tasteless, and colorless, so small gas leaks often go unnoticed but still prevent a dangerous safety hazard. During a Local Law 152 inspection, even the smallest gas leaks will be detected. Gas Leak Prevention Periodic inspections of your heating equipment are beneficial for your building. They can prevent safety hazards before they come about or correct them before entering into an emergency. Gas lines should be monitored for any signs of atmospheric corrosion, damaged pipes, warping, and cracks. If abnormal operating conditions are identified, they should be appropriately reported, and corrections should begin immediately. In 2016, the NYC Council passed Local Law 152, which requires all building owners to periodically inspect their gas piping to comply with New York City’s safety regulations. Local Law 152 went into effect on January 1st, 2019. Full implementation and inspections began on January 1st, 2020. Local Law 152 is a New York City mandated inspection on gas piping that must be performed every five years by a Licensed Master Plumber or a Qualified Operator for all multi-dwelling properties in NYC. Local Law 152 is a leak survey conducted on all exposed gas piping inside and outside of buildings from the point of entry, including service meters, up to individual tenet spaces. The goal of Local Law 152 is to maximize gas lines’ safety to prevent. Correct any potentially hazardous conditions. During a Local Law 152 inspection, a Licensed Master Plumber or a Qualified Operator uses an NYC-Department of Buildings approved CGI to assess the exposed gas pipes and determine if any abnormal conditions are present that must be addressed.
